Holistic Bodywork with Big Results
A Unique Approach to Aligning the Body
Performance
Did you know bodywork boosts athletic performance? Having your horse seen regularly can give you valuable insight into the muscles, bones and soft tissue that are responding to training, competition, tack fit, nutrition and areas of pain. The more balanced the body, the better it moves and performs! Owners can learn so much about their horses just by feeling the before and after of a bodywork session.
Prevention
Prevention now is better than managing later. A regular wellness/bodywork program will keep your horse balanced and give you the ability to identify patterns of compensation or weakness in the body that could lead to injury, lameness or impact performance.
"Naughty" Behavior
Unwanted or "naughty" behavior in horses can often times be traced to pain/discomfort in the body. In many scenarios we find ourselves correcting the behavior instead of looking for the root cause. Having a wellness team can help in distinguishing behavior from pain and get your horse to a more balanced place.

"Those Who Need Me Find Me"
The idea is not just about "fixing the horse" but to keep them happy, balanced and their best selves all year long.

Equine CO2 Cryotherapy
COâ‚‚ Cryotherapy is a targeted treatment that delivers rapid cooling to the body. During a session, COâ‚‚ is released through a specialized device onto the skin, creating a controlled cold shock. This triggers an immediate response in the body—blood vessels constrict and then dilate (vasodilation), which can help improve circulation, reduce swelling, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Key Benefits May Include:
-
Reduced inflammation and swelling
-
relief for muscle and joint pain
-
Supports faster recovery from strain or injury
-
May improve mobility and range of motion
How It’s Different:
Unlike traditional ice or whole-body chambers, COâ‚‚ cryotherapy is highly targeted, allowing precise treatment of specific muscles, joints, or problem areas. Sessions are typically brief, effective, and require no downtime. COâ‚‚ cryotherapy is used in performance, rehabilitation, and is complementary to TBT bodywork
